#### Regulatory Classification (MiCA)
$CATS is classified as a currency token and, within the meaning of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114), as an "other crypto-asset" pursuant to Art. 3(1)(5) MiCAR (Title II MiCAR). It is neither an asset-referenced token nor an e-money token. No licensing obligation arises under Art. 4 or Art. 5 MiCAR. The total consideration of the public offering does not exceed €1,000,000 over a 12-month period; accordingly, no obligation to publish a crypto-asset whitepaper arises pursuant to the exemption under Art. 4(2)(b) MiCAR. Just Labs UG monitors applicable regulations and endeavors to ensure compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in the ICO is legally permissible in their jurisdiction.
